About OBSSD

Products

We aim to present product photographs, descriptions, sizes, finishes and other details as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and your screen. Please review the product page carefully before ordering.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Shipping charges, discounts and any other amounts applicable to your order are shown at checkout. If a genuine pricing or listing error prevents us from fulfilling an order, we may contact you before fulfilment and, if payment has already been captured for an order we cannot fulfil, initiate a refund to the original payment method.

Orders and availability

An order is created when checkout is completed. Fulfilment remains subject to successful payment, product availability and the accuracy of the delivery information supplied by you. We may contact you if we need information required to fulfil the order.

Payments

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and are processed through the configured payment provider. Payment may be subject to the provider's own terms, verification and security checks. Do not share card details, UPI credentials, banking passwords or one-time passwords with OBSSD through email, WhatsApp or support messages.

Customer accounts

You may create an account to view order history and order status. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for using accurate account information. Do not share your password with anyone claiming to represent OBSSD. We may restrict or disable an account if we reasonably believe it is being misused, compromised or used for fraudulent activity.

Coupons and promotions

Coupon codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated eligibility, validity period, usage limits and exclusions. A promotion may be withdrawn or corrected if it has expired, been used outside its stated conditions or was published in error. Unless a promotion specifically says otherwise, promotional codes do not change the shipping threshold rules.

Shipping

OBSSD ships across India. Standard shipping is ₹99 and orders above ₹1,999 qualify for free shipping. Delivery typically takes 2–10 days after the order is placed, although courier, address, service-area or operational delays may occasionally affect delivery time. Please provide a complete delivery address and reachable phone number.

Order tracking

Order status may be shown in your account. Courier tracking details will appear when they are available from the delivery workflow or logistics provider. Tracking events and delivery estimates supplied by third-party couriers may occasionally be delayed or updated after the actual movement of a parcel.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Orders cannot currently be cancelled once placed, and OBSSD does not currently accept returns or exchanges. Please read our Cancellation & Refunds Policy before placing your order. That policy also explains how to contact us about incorrect, missing, damaged or payment-related order issues.

Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that an address or order detail can be changed after processing has started.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not intentionally interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, misuse promotions or use automated activity in a way that disrupts the store.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the OBSSD name, branding, website design, photographs, graphics, written content and other original material on this website belong to OBSSD Jewels or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Third-party services

The website relies on third-party services for functions such as payments, ecommerce infrastructure, hosting, social links and delivery. Those services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content of unrelated third-party websites linked from our store.

Website availability

We may update products, prices, content or website features from time to time. We may also temporarily suspend parts of the website for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
