Cancellation & refunds

Please review your order carefully before payment. OBSSD does not currently accept cancellations, returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please check the product, finish, size, quantity, delivery address and contact information before confirming payment.

Returns & exchanges

OBSSD does not currently accept returns or exchanges. Please review the product description, images, size and finish before ordering.

Refunds

OBSSD does not offer discretionary refunds after an order is placed. If a refund is approved for a payment or order issue, it will be initiated to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the amount appears in your account.

Incorrect, missing or damaged orders

If your order arrives with an incorrect or missing item, or an item appears to have been damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where relevant. We will review the issue and respond with the next steps.

Payment issues

If money is debited but your order is not confirmed, or you believe you were charged more than once, contact us with the email or phone number used at checkout and any available payment or order reference. Do not make repeated payments until the payment status has been checked.
