What are the pieces made from?

Current OBSSD pieces use brass. Gold pieces are 18K gold plated. Product pages show the finish and details for each piece.

Are the pieces anti-tarnish?

Yes. A little care will help preserve the finish.

Clean regularly with a soft cloth
Remove before sleeping
Remove before bathing
Avoid direct contact with perfume or lotion
Store in a closed bag or box
Remove before working out

What sizes are available?

Sizing is shown on each product page. Current rings are US size 8 and bracelets are adjustable where stated.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is ₹99. Orders above ₹1,999 qualify for free shipping. Delivery typically takes 2 to 10 days.

Can I return, exchange or cancel an order?

OBSSD does not currently accept returns or exchanges, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If something arrives incorrect or damaged, contact support so we can review it.

How do I track my order?

Use Track order from the Account area with your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout. Tracking details appear there once the parcel ships.
