Customer accounts

If you create an OBSSD account, your account is connected to the WooCommerce customer record used for your order history. Your password is used to authenticate your account through our WordPress and WooCommerce infrastructure and is not intended to be stored in readable form by the storefront. The storefront uses a secure session cookie after sign-in so that it can recognise your account and show your orders without asking for your password on every page.

Order and transaction information

We keep information required to create, process, fulfil and support your order, including items purchased, quantities, prices, discounts, delivery details, order status and payment status or references supplied by the payment provider. Signed-in customers may see orders associated with their customer account and, where matched securely by billing email, earlier guest orders placed using the same email address.

Payments

Payments are processed by the payment provider made available at checkout, such as Razorpay when enabled. Sensitive payment credentials such as full card details, UPI credentials or banking authentication information are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by this storefront. The payment provider may process your information under its own privacy terms.

Technical and device information

When you use the website, our systems and service providers may receive technical information needed to operate and secure the store, such as IP address, browser and device information, request logs, timestamps and pages or API routes requested.

Cookies and browser storage

The storefront uses browser storage to keep your shopping bag connected to your WooCommerce cart between page loads and visits. If you sign in, an HTTP-only session cookie is used to keep you signed in securely. Removing site data, signing out or using private browsing may clear your saved bag or account session.
